Inaugurated Japan Management Association (JMA)

1944
Started the Tanker Production Project with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
Started the Production Line Project with Toyota Motor Corporation
-
1947
Achieved to reduce the building work period from 8 months to 3 months in the Tanker Project with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
Achieved to drastically shorten the setup time from several hours to less than 10 minutes in the Production Line Project with Toyota Motor Corporation. This project formed the basis for the Toyota Production System.
Held the first Production Technology Course (P Course) after the war
Held the first Business Professional Course (B Course)

JMA earned ISO19001 in exhibition planning and operation
